Trail is built and supported by one person. That means replies come from a human, not a queue — but it also means the inbox isn't staffed 24/7. Here's the fastest path to a fix.

Email

Send anything — bugs, feature requests, account help, billing — to hi@mytrail.pro. Aim to reply within two business days; bug reports with steps and a screenshot get prioritised.

What to include for a faster turnaround:

• The email address tied to your Trail account.
• Device and OS version (e.g. “iPhone 15, iOS 18.4”).
• Trail app version (Settings → About).
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• A screenshot or screen recording, if relevant.

Common questions

I scanned a receipt but the amount is wrong.

Tap the receipt in the app to open it, then tap any field to edit. Your correction is saved instantly. Trail also learns from your edits, so future receipts from the same merchant should land closer to right.

Can I change my home currency?

Yes — Settings → Currency. New receipts use the currency the model detects on the page; the home currency is used for folder budgets and totals when an explicit conversion is needed.

How do I delete my account?

See delete account for the in-app path and the email path.

Is my data private?

Yes — see the privacy policyfor the full breakdown. Short version: we don't sell data, we don't train AI on your receipts, and you can export or delete everything any time.

Trail crashed / stuck on a loading spinner / a screen looks wrong.

Email a screenshot to hi@mytrail.pro with the device + version info above. If you can reproduce the problem, a 5-second screen recording is the fastest way to get it diagnosed.

Send it — short notes are fine. Trail's roadmap is steered by what users actually do and ask for, so suggestions land.

Service status

For any extended outage we'll post a note in the app and update this page. If the app is unresponsive and this site is up, the issue is usually on our backend or one of the AI providers we depend on; check back in a few minutes.
